Roger Harty Opticians first opened its doors on the 11th November 1986. The premises had previously been run as a grocer’s shop by Agnes Harty, Roger’s mother for about 40 years. We know that many people will find it difficult to see a link between a Grocery store and Opticians but there is one link, and that has been the hallmark of our success throughout the years. That link is “SERVICE”. “Service to you our customer” is one link that we constantly strive to ensure. We guarantee that everything is done in a professional and efficient manner, and this is of great importance to us. We will give advice on Prescriptions, Frames, Lenses, Sunglasses, Contact Lenses & Solutions, and overall Cosmetic Appearance. All delivered in an atmosphere of friendliness and cost awareness.
At Roger Harty Opticians we have a modern fully fitted Ophthalmic testing room, a private comfortable dispensing room and a fully equipped glazing house providing a fast and prompt service to all our customers.
