Having completed Secondary School in St. Brendan’s College, Killarney Roger attended The Kevin Street College of Technology in Dublin. He graduated in 1986 with a FAOI qualification. Roger then returned to his native town of Tralee to open up his own practice. Roger is accredited in Myopia Management in Children's vision. Roger is a well known figure in the local community and is involved in many clubs and charities.

Kayrena joined our team 2023, adding a wealth of knowledge and experience to you. Kayrena has 20 years experience working with patients in the optical field and pharmacy field. Her warm infectious personality and professionalism adds to your care experience with us. Kayrena is accredited in Myopia Management in Children's vision. Kayrena is always available to discuss frame choice, lens types, and any prescription queries you may have regarding your eye care.

Optical Accounts Controller
Kara joined our expanding team and practice in 2021. Bringing 20+ years experience in Client/Customer Management and Customer Service. Kara recently attained Myopia Management accreditation. Kara has in-depth knowledge of Invoicing, Revenue, Cash-Flow and Customer Care. Kara is always available to discuss frame choice, lens types, or any other questions you may have regarding your eye care.
Alan Conway
Optical Assistant
Alan joined our ambitious team and practice in September 2021. Bringing 7 years + experience in Optics. Alan recently attained Myopia Management accreditation. Alan has in-depth knowledge and experience in field testing, Glazing, Contact lenses and customer service. Alan is always available to discuss frame choice, lens types, or any other questions you may have regarding your eye care.
